Describe your musical influences:
I loved singing since I was a kid!
"I first enjoyed singing when I was inspired by my sister Gineb"
As a child, I would watch my sister sing on her Karaoke machine (The old
big double
tape deck). She would sing at the top of her lungs everyday! As soon as
she was done, I would sneak in and goof around w/ her karaoke!! I loved
the fact that I can goof
around and pretend to be someone I wasn't in a span of 5 mins..It was a
whole new world! As I was growing up, I was in a cover band for a
while, we played cover
songs live almost every night, in clubs ...Drinking"Ginebra
San Miguel" at 13 yrs old to get rid of the nervousness on stage,
because I didn't really
have a lot of confidence in my singing. I was often compared to famous
singers.
But I never wanted to be known as
the "girl who does Alanis", So I started absorbing what
I needed to learn
and eventually develop my own style, tone and melody!
I do enjoy all types of music now, pop, rock, alternative, garbage,
funk,
hip-hop, rap, R&B, ballads. Mostly everything except Country...
Depends
on my mood.
Few of these I often listen to are, Missy E, Christina A., System

Down, Alanis, Cranberries, Aaliyah, Puddle Of Mudd, No Doubt, Mariah

I usually carry my own CDS and I listen to Garage Surf! =) But if
I have

im driving home from a hectic day at work --> 103.5

Angels. Then I would have the ability to fly like a bird, I would
have the
strength of Incredible Hulk, can be invisible, and the ability to
create
anything I think of.
I would be the only Super hero w/o a weakness!!! mwahaha! mwahaha!
